While we check our email frequently and will be constantly in touch with our customers, we ask to please allow 24-48 hours for a customer service rep to contact you, especially if they do not have an answer to your questions immediately. 5- I'm unhappy with my purchase, what now?

6- I just shipped my product back, when will I get my money back?

7- Who will take care of the cost for Returned Shipping? We reside in the USA, all returned products will need to be returned to our location in the U.S. Customer is responsible for Shipping Costs.

9. What if I need to cancel my order after I made a purchase?
Ok,so you ordered from our website and decided that you no longer require or want the items ordered. Please email us ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our team spends countless hours on processing orders and in order to compensate them for their time we will be a non-refundable $9.95 fee. If our item is already out for delivery, we will need to wait for you to receive it and ship it back to us to get a full refund. Our cost of Shipping (depending on the country shipped to) will be subtracted from the refund amount. see Shipping rates.
