1- Where is my order?

When you place an order, you will receive an email with a confirmation.  Once order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking # to allow you to track your package.

4- I just emailed you, how long will it take to hear back?

Please allow 24-48 hours for a customer service rep to contact you.

 

5- I'm unhappy with my purchase, what now?

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we ask our customers to email us within 3 days of receiving an order.
